Product data EPLAN
Users of electrical CAD systems can now download a number of useful product data directly from HARTING Website. HARTING connector type definitions for the industry connector series Han® are available for EPLAN Electric P8 and for EPLAN 5 systems. They describe the correct number and labelling of contacts and contact loads, so drawing of connection points and creation of terminal connection diagrams will be much easier and faster and quality will be ensured. Furthermore product data for about 2,000 parts from the industry connector series Han® can be imported to the system and can be used to create BOM’s automatically. All data are optimized for use with EPLAN Electric P8 as well as with EPLAN 5. Since they are available in an Excel-Sheet, they can also be used for any other electrical CAD system.
Additionally HARTING provides EPLAN 5 product macros for its Ethernet Switches
Ha-VIS eCon 7050-A1. Using them all terminals will be placed in a correct way, so developers will save time and will increase efficiency.
