MicroTCA™ Power Output connector

HARTING’s MicroTCA(TM) Power Output connector is a hybrid connector combining power and signal contacts.
The current carrying capacity of 24 power contacts is 9.3A @ 80% derating tested according to the IEC 60 512 specification. 72 signal contacts provide special management and power functions to the system. The connector is hot-swappable due to the sequenced contact staggering.
Both backplane and module connectors are made with press-in termination contacts. The MTCA.0 specification defines two different footprints for the backplane connector; the HARTING connector is designed with the symmetric footprint variant. Special press-in tools for the PCB assembly are also available from HARTING.
